Welcome to Truzor MM. By using our automated middleman bot and website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating any deal.
1. Service overview
Truzor MM is an automated cryptocurrency middleman service that holds funds in escrow until both parties of a deal confirm completion. Truzor MM does not act as a bank, broker, or financial advisor.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Truzor MM. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Deals and escrow
- Both parties agree to deal terms before initiating escrow.
- Funds are released only when both sides confirm completion of the deal.
- Truzor MM is not responsible for the goods, services, or accounts being exchanged — only for holding the agreed crypto funds in escrow.
4. Fees
- Deals under $10: free
- Deals under $50: $0.50
- Deals under $250: $2
- Deals $250 and above: 1%
Fees are deducted from the escrowed amount before release and are non-refundable once a deal is completed.
5. Disputes
If a dispute arises, either party may open a support ticket. Truzor MM staff will review the deal record, transaction history, and any evidence provided to make a fair determination. Decisions made by staff are final.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Truzor MM to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any transaction that violates applicable laws.
7. Liability
Truzor MM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by user error, network issues, blockchain delays, or actions taken by the other party in a deal.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
